Dealing with Heartbreak and Hurt

Objective of Sessions
This course is designed for people who have been hurt by those they trusted and find it difficult to move on. The following will be achieved over a 4-week period:
- Talk through events in past relationships for the purpose letting out, putting context and start the process of healing
- Understand the 8 phases of healing and where you currently are
- Techniques to finding your way back to self-love and positive mindset
- Process to healing and forgiveness
- Sustaining Techniques for re-opening your heart and finding love again.
- 60 minutes session per week for 4 weeks
- Weekly worksheet
- Availability for clarity chat during the 4 weeks period
