Oh the joy of having a little one, nurturing, loving and caring. So cute and so dependent on you. The love for them is so fierce you can protect them with all that you have.
The struggle to get back in shape both size wise and body texture wise is real. The stretch marks seems to be a permanent feature of the body and has a lot of people losing confidence. Some even dread that their vee vee may not be ideal and attractive to their partners anymore. It doesn’t end there, the shape of the boobies refused to be persky.
To make matters worse, Mrs B seemed to snap back smoothly . Why is my case different they ask ?
1. Know that body structure differs and because B got back without little exercise does not mean A’s body will respond that way.
2. You gave birth to a whole human being. Give yourself a break. Love and embrace your journey while you take decisive steps to get back the banging body.
3. Don’t wait for anyone to make you have confidence in yourself. Motivate, gear up and speak positive affirmations to yourself .
4. Dress awesome and look great. Yes, you are tired and nursing but stop tying wrapper all over the house. Wear bum short and a sexy top to match. Use your breast pad to avoid breast milk dripping everywhere all over.
5. Put structure in place and leverage your support system. You can’t do it all. You will get worn out.
6. Invest time in eating healthy and working towards the goal you want. Various exercise forms exists to help both the body and the vagina. Try them out. Give yourself time while loving who you are.
7. Know that your body might not return to its original shape. Be happy with the results you have achieved and love your stretch Marks.
8. Husbands need to affirm and encourage the work done. Better learn to love those Marks and don’t make your woman feel uncomfortable undressing in front of you. The man should love his woman irrespective of the stretch Marks and continue to encourage and admire her.
